Latimojong mountain range stretch across from South Sulawesi until Central Sulawesi, encircle several peak of mountain with heighten more than 2.500mdpl, the famous one between Rante Mario peak, Nenemori peak, Rante Kombala peak, and the most higher combine mountain range is Rante Mario peak to be highten peak in Sulawesi island.

Climbing should to make trip at dry season on April until November, within fine weather and seldom storm. On the other hand, at rainy season on December until March wind is damp.

LATIMOJONG TREKKING ADVENTURE

Day 01 : MAKASSAR
Arrival in Makassar, transfer and overnight in hotel.

Day 02 : MAKASSAR – ENREKANG – BARAKKA
Early morning after breakfast, trip will start from Makassar to Enrekang with rent car. Lunch will served in Enrekang. After arrived in Enrekang, trip will continue to Barakka village with car. Overnight in local house. (B,D)   

Day 03 : BARAKKA – BUNTUDEA – KARANGAN
After breakfast, we move to Buntudea with jeep.  From Buntudea we will continue our trip with horse or trekking to Karangan village. Overnight will be at local house. (B,L,D)

Day 04 :  KARANGAN – SUMMIT CAMP
Afternoon time, start trekking up the mountain direct to Rantemario peak, the highest point of Latimojong mountain. Overnight in tents at the summit camp. (B,L,D)

Day 05 : SUMMIT CAMP – RANTE MARIO PEAK – KARANGAN
Early morning, we will continue our trip with trekking down to Karangan village. Overnight in villager house. (B,L,D)

Day 06 : KARANGAN – BARAKKA – TORAJA
Early morning, after breakfast trekking back to Karangan village and proceed transfer to Rantepao in Toraja Land. Overnight in hotel. (B,L)

Day 07 : TORAJA TOUR
After breakfast, we will continue our trip to tour around the Toraja highland. Overnight in hotel. (B)

Day 08 : TORAJA – HASANUDIN AIRPORT
After breakfast, we will drive back to Makassar/Hasanuddin airport for your next destination. End tour. (B)
