TANGKOKO AND HALMAHERA BIRDING TRIP

Day 01 : MANADO ARRIVAL - TANGKOKO NATURE RESERVE
Upon arrival at Sam Ratulangi airport Manado, meeting service and then transfer to Tangkoko. On the way to Tangkoko you will have a short stop for birwatching. After that continue drive to Batuputih village in Tangkoko for overnight at Mama Roos home stay, a simple accommodation without hot water. It is the best one in Tangkoko. Dinner provided in the home stay.

Day 02 - 04 : TANGKOKO BIRDING DAYS
After early breakfast, each morning go half session of birding trip into the jungle of Tangkoko National Park and then continue the other half after lunch at homestay. (B,L,D)

Day 05 : TANGKOKO - AIRPORT - TERNATE - SIDANGOLI
After early breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for fly to Ternate. On the way to the airport you can stop at the same bird watching site as on the first day. Arrive in Ternate, you will be transferred to the harbor for a speed boat journey to Sidangoli. Arrive in Sidangoli, check in at Handayani Iin for accommodation. If there is enough time then you will have an afternoon bird watching in Kali Batuputih logging road. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. (B)

Day 06 : SIDANGOLI - KALI BATU PUTIH
Leave the lodge at 3.30 a.m. for a long trek to the standard wing site. Return from the standard wing site, having breakfast at Anu's hut. After breakfast birding surrounding before return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon return for birding along the main road forest. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. (B)

Day 07 : LAME AND KALI BATU PUTIH
After early breakfast, drive to Lame, a site of Dollar bird and sombre king fisher. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon we do bird watching around Kali Batu Putih. (B)

Day 08 : LOGGING ROAD BIRD WATCHING - Fly To MANADO
After early breakfast, bird watching along the logging road. Return to the lodge to get prepared to leave for Ternate and fly back to Manado. Overnight in Manado. (B)

Day 09 : FREE PROGRAM - Transfer to AIRPORT
After breakfast at your hotel, free program until the time to be transfered to the airport. (B)
