START/FINISH: MERAUKE

Day 01: MERAUKE ARRIVAL
Arrive in Merauke, the guide will pick you up and bring you to the hotel. Tomorrow morning we proceed to Mappi district. Overnight in a hotel. (D)

Day 02: MAPPI REGION
After breakfast we proceed to Mappi by car, lunch and dinner on route and overnight in local house in Dagimon. (B,L,D)

Day 03: DAGIMON – MOROIEMU
In the morning we trek from Dagimon to Moroiemu. The trek will take the whole day passing swamps in the forest. Overnight in Moroiemu. (B,L,D)

Day 04: MOROIEMU – RUMAH TINGGI
We continue trekking from Moroiemu to Rumah Tinggi. Lunch and dinner will be on route and overnight in local house. ( B,L,D)

Day 05: RUMAH TINGGI – TANAH MERAH
We passed all the virgin jungle, as we reached Rumah Tinggi you’ll see village, local store and its people. We continue our journey to Tanah Merah and make few stops to national monuments and museum. (B,L,D)

Day 06: TANAH MERAH – MERAUKE
In the morning, we drive back to Merauke by car and return to our hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 07: MERAUKE DEPARTURE
Have breakfast in the hotel, and proceed to the airport for your next flight. (B)
